In Dynamics NAV 2013R2, 2015, 2016 (and properly also 2017) the good old NTimer.DLL is gone. Both the old automation controller and the DotNet version.
To get a timer on a page, you must use the PingPong addon.

Microsoft has turned the switch on for Dynamics offerings directly from the new Canadian Azure Data Centers.
Today you can get:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Microsoft “Project Madeira” (Will change name to Dynamics 365 for Business) in a localized Canadian version.
and in September 2016 a preview version of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
