The dialog to connect to SharePoint pops up multiple times per day for some users. The user needs to go through the authentication procedure over and over again. What can we do to stop it from happening? Canceling or just closing the dialog is not an option since the SharePoint attachment box will then only show the NAV error message "Form.Runmodal is not allowed in write transactions..."

For some users, but not everyone? Sounds like the token expiration time is set very low for those users in Azure AD?
It seems to be the case for all non admin users, but I can't tell for sure.
That’s probably a policy created on your tenant by “IT”…
I got information from IT that there is no such policy in place.
Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this? I had to uninstall the app for now.
