My “Awesome Extension” from Red Carpet in Bellevue

I did a simple extension on the fly at the Red Carpet event in Bellevue, here’s the code zipped up for your viewing pleasure.

The extension has no real functionality and is just an example of how to add a field to customer with a table behind.
