Yes, it looks like your setup is slightly wrong. We recently released an update that improved the file viewer, and that needs a correct setup.

Your document library is called Shared Documents, the other parts are folders. They should be specified in the folder field in SharePoint Table Mapping, this field typically have something like Customers in it.

You can prefix that with 1. Administration/Microsoft ERP/ so it becomes 1. Administration/Microsoft ERP/Customer
