Allowed Outlog URL should be:
https://website.com/portal/LOGIN (if LOGIN is your LOGIN action)
Application type should be: Regular Web Application

Hi Erik,
Many thanks for your message. The Callback URL seems to be working.
However, when I have created a user in my AUTH0 account and copied the user_id to Advanced Portal Designer user, connected the user to a customer number. The test environment doesn’t seem to connect the login to the user. After login, I’m redirected straight back to the welcome page where I can click on Login to the portal again.
So what I did so far:
– Created AUT0 account
– Created Application – Regular Web Application
– Filled in the Auth0 Domain, ClientID and ClientSecret, Authroize Redirect and Login Complete Redirect in Advance Portal Designer AUTH0 setup.
– Created a User in User Management AUTH0.
– Created a user in Advanced Portal Designer Users.
– Copied the UserID (AUTH0|…..) to User ID, Selected AUTH0 at External user. Filed in the General info and selected BC Type Customer, BC Number Customer Number.
Is there anything I’m missing here in my setup?

The intended way for auth0 users to come aboard, is to go to the registration process (via auth0) and then end up on the “not mapped” page where they can input an invite code, or await to be assigned a BC customer no. (or vendor etc..)
After the login process, you should be directed to the page that’s marked as the default page, not the login page.
