Are you running Simple Object Designer from the same company? (It’s important always to use it from the same company).
Can you refresh your symbols from the SOD setup page, please answer “yes” to clearing the cache first. Then try publishing again.

Yes, i always run it from the same company. I did refresh the symbols and cleared the cashe. Then republished and now it works. Will try that the next time. Thnx.
I was able to add it to the page. Is it also possible that SOD directly adds the (same) field to the dropdown menu?
What do you mean by “adding a field to the drop down menu”?
