That’s a great suggestion, but it’s not really possible right now. The “event” interface in Power Automate is currently limited to a handful of Microsoft defined events.

Thanks Erik – I will have to have a think. I may be able to have a flow that runs every x minutes which checks an option field (open, awaiting approval, approved) and if awaiting approval it then starts an approval process, and at the end of the process updates this to approved or open depending on if the approval was successful. Wouldn’t create an immediate approval but would work for most situations I think…….
