Hi,
it seems there is no Option to translate a field and its Tooltip in multiple Languages, am I correct in this assumption? If yes, is this something which can be introduced in a later Version? Our Users are working from all around the globe and we would like to offer them BC in their local language of course.

Changing captions is only in the language active when installing the app. If you install the app manually via Extension management, you can select the language the caption changes work for.
We documented our Installation Progress and definitely chose German. I deleted the Global App and our customized PTE in our Dev Environment now and out of the Extension Management I installed the App again. I then gave the Phone Field on the Customer Card my own Caption but still it will only show the Caption when I change the language setting of BC to English

Currently, that’s not an option. The legacy compiler did not support it. Later this year, when we retire the legacy compiler and only support the Microsoft compiler, translations will be on our to-do list again.

Just to complete the problem I now noticed that I also cannot control the Caption for existing Fields. My own Caption is not displayed in a German Language Setting but only visible when I change to a English Language Setting.
This behavior is slightly different when creating new fields where I dont have a Caption in the same sense so he just displays my German Caption in all Languages.
