Mandatory Field with Compound Condition Statement

I’d like to add a mandatory field that is conditional on a compound statement:

• if statement1 is true AND statement2 is true then the field becomes mandatory.

Is this possible? I tried setting up two conditions at the same level with the mandatory field indented beneath them, but SOD did not accept it, showing the Field in red (reference screenshot below).

Specifically (PO Lines Request Approval action): IF Type = ‘GL Account’ AND No = ‘1250’ THEN VC_FA_NO is mandatory
