Advanced Cloud Security’s Compliance feature for Business Central helps you define and enforce field-level rules on your data—such as required values, ranges, or calculated conditions—so records stay consistent and audit-ready. You choose which tables and fields are governed, where compliance status appears on cards and lists, and where Business Central should block processes if a record isn’t compliant (for example, preventing non-compliant items from being used on journals or sales documents). Optional approval workflows add a human sign-off step, ensuring sensitive changes are reviewed before they take effect.

The license covers a single production environment.
