Looking for help with option fields and what it’s doing to existing data as I must be doing something wrong here: End goal i want to capture, on a sales order, if it the order was shipped or picked-up. So my logic is: I have created a new field (Fullfillment) on my sales header table (table 36), with type = “Option” and the related values: Pick-up and Shipped. However, i need that value to actually be recorded and posted – – so If I have done this corretly, I then have selected to “Transfer” that field to the “Sales Invoice Header”. That automatically created a new line / field itself, which i then exposed on page 143 (posted sales invoices). However, all my existing records populated with a fullfilment method, which doesn’t make sense, i would have expected this only to appear w/ a value for new records. Can anyone assist with what step I am over looking? Thanks!
