Hi I am trying to setup a mandatory field on the Item cards. I want the Service Item group to be mandatory but only when the No. fields contains ‘WG-‘, I have attached a screen shot of the condition I set up. When I am testing this it the Service Item Group is always showing as a mandatory field, even if the No. just has a number in it.
When the WG- is present in the No. field it is normally in the following format WG-19001000 for example, the number is sequential so All that is important is the prefix.
Can you advise me where I am going wrong please?
