Connection error

We are trying to set up the SharePoint Connector for the first time. Everything looks correct and it says it connects just fine but when trying to attach files, transfer files, or even browse on SharePoint we get the following error message.

Create folder failed, error from SharePoint: Server relative urls must start with SPWeb.ServerRelativeUrl

Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this error or what could be causing it? We are connected via Proxy and OAuth as well.
