I need to create a field on my packing slip to include the UPC for the products in that shipment. I’ve created a flow field that pulls from the item reference card and is able to present one of the barcodes, however we utilize Units of Measure and therefore have different barcodes for each UoM (as well as other item reference details). I was able to add a filter that uses the Item Number and another that ensures that it only returns the type “Bar Code” but when I add an additional filter for Unit of Measure, it ends up just returning a –. When I click on it, if the unit of measure is not the base unit of measure it presents the right value in the new dialog box but if it’s the base unit of measure it doesn’t show anything.
I feel like I’ve set it up right, but something’s just not working for it.
