Copy rows from Excel, Google Sheets, a CSV file, a web page or an email, click the Magic Paste box in Business Central and press Ctrl+V. Match the columns to fields once, save the mapping, and the rows become journal lines, document lines or master data on the page you already have open. Magic Paste ships on more than 80 standard pages, including every journal, all sales, purchase and service documents, and the main master data lists. Every value runs through standard Business Central validation, and a paste is all or nothing, so a bad row never leaves you with half an import. No Excel add-in, no configuration packages, no setup.
