Hello,

I have two questions that I cannot seem to find answers on. If there is more documentation to point me to that is always a plus!

  1. We would like to have our folder setup similar to Vendor->Year->Document, I can only seem to select fields on the document but not a function like Year(Posting_Date). Is there any way to do this in the setup or the only other thing I can think of is a custom field.
  2. We would like to have multiple attachments added to a sales order for instance, but depending on what we upload we want to tag or separate it out so it’s not a lump of documents. For example, Sales uploads some documents to a sales order like a signed doc or a customer’s PO, Logistics then attaches the shipping documents they generate for the order and uploads those either we would like it separated by a folder or tag the file in some way so we can easily tell the documents a part. I saw there is File Categories button, but I do not see any documentation on it in the videos or on the user guide.
