I believe I set up the SharePoint Connector correctly in my sandbox environment. I have the correct site name and document library name. The connection status is “Connected to SharePoint.” I also set up custom report layout templates for quotes.

When I go to the SharePoint Connector factbox and click “Generate Document,” the report runs and says it generates rows, but then I get an error message: “The report did not produce any output”

When I try to upload a file, I get the following error message: “Upload failed (Folder path /Site_Name/SharePoint_Connector/Customers/Customer Name (XXXXXX)/Quote/SQXXXXXX)”

When I click “Folder Mapping,” I get the following error message: “Unknown response from Sharepoint:”

I can’t get the SharePoint Connector to generate any reports for me or create folders in SharePoint. Does anyone know what’s causing this problem and how to fix? Thanks.

I tried changing the Subsite Name setting to sites/Site_Name instead of Site_Name, and I’m now getting the following error message: “Create folder failed, error from SharePoint: Server relative urls must start with SPWeb.ServerRelativeUrl”
