Why do I get a return of “BCCL.BigStringBuilder” when I try to get data from a BC Table

When I run this command:

C:\Users\Repetto\Downloads\SqlBundle>bccl -t getdata -s table=21

I get this result:
BCCL.BigStringBuilder

What does this mean?
