No, that should work fine.

(I know you’re on the latest version of Simple Object Designer, but I have to ask anyway)

Can you try in a InPrivate browser, I have seen some cases where Microsoft is caching UI and changes are not showing.

If nothing works, email us the .app file (rename to .txt) and we’ll check that the code is correct.

  1. Yes I am on version 12.0.0.573.

I tried incognito mode, I tried a different browser and even a different computer and still the FactBox does not show.

To ensure it wasn’t a deployment error. I went into my feature and disabled the FactBox on the card page redeployed and then enabled it again and deployed again. Still same results the FactBox does not show.

I’ve sent you the app file renamed as .txt by email to support@hougaard.com

  2. The Primary Key of the Feature must be a Code field (size 20 or less).

  3. Posting back here for any on who comes across this will know what the solution is.

Working with Erik through email, the reason the FactBox doesn’t show is that I set a primary key as a lookup field, but for the FactBox to show it must be a field type of Code. This is a hardcoded limitation set by Microsoft and out of the control of Erik.

He will add a warning message in SOD, in case you try to add a FactBox to a Feature and the primary key is not a field type of Code.
