First, make sure you’re on the latest SOD, we had a bug recently around this.
I believe your apporach is sound.

Thank you for the quick response. I just installed SOD today so I’m on the latest:
SOD: 12.0.0.608
AL Compiler and Interpreter: 2.0.0.278
BC Cloud: 26.4
Try sending your app file to support@hougaard.com – then I’ll take a quick look at it….
