I have come across a need to flow document from a sales quote via a sales order to a production order. In the qoute the sales rep. places drawings and other kind of information on a share point using the share point connector.
When we then creates the sales order you could inherit the share point folder created for the quote to the sales order. Is possible to do the same when you then create a firm planned production order from the sales order? And then keep the same URL to the share point folder when you release the production order?

That should just work, if you set the Mapping Method for table 36 (Sales Header) to Inherited Dynamic.

I’ll add support for that, look for version 6.0.0.4021 or later in AppSource within the next few days.
It works as intended when I in a sales quote add documents to share point via the connector. When I then creates the sales order from the sales quote the sales order inherits url to the share point folder just as intended.
Finally when I then create a production order as a project order from the sales order with the planning function, It would be fine if the production order also pointed to the same share point folder as the qoute and sales order. Is that possible?
