I’m running on BC Version 25.0 and I received emails stating that my extension published from Simple Object Designer was not compatible with version 25.2. I have updated SOD in the admin center and then I tried to launch. It appears to get most of the way through downloading symbols then it just goes away and never starts up. Also I can no longer launch any other screens so my session is locked up at that point. Each time I launch SOD this happens. I’m not sure what to do to fix this problem. It seems to do the same thing in all of my environments. Any help would be appreciated.
If your Simple Object Designer is not starting, then update to the latest version in Admin Center and start via Alt-Q, a saved bookmark in the menu won’t work.
(There’s currently a bug in Business Central affecting the Simple Object Designer main menu, we have created a new menu, but your old bookmark will point to the menu that won’t open).
Please ignore that email. Microsoft’s testing automation messed up and sent out that email to every extension owner in the world.

Thanks for that. I was pretty stressed out over the amount of emails I received regarding incompatibilities in my extensions. A follow-up email from them explaining the situation would have been nice to have.
This worked. Thank you.
